Sunflower top and skirt set up in white (151-1041-0 & 151-4030-0)
ひまわり柄セーラートップス & ひまわり柄スカート
the official blog took care of that right away by showing Reina is several different coordinates using the top and bottom separately! It really made the set up seem versatile. The more I saw of it, the less sure I was about what color I wanted (white, pink or blue), but in the end I got white. Blue actually sold out first in both the top and the skirt though!

I also wanted to try and create coordinates with the top and bottom separately like Reina did (with pieces of my own)!

Check sailor collar OP in pink (151-6028-0)
March 2015 Japan trip in store, but I just couldn't pull the trigger. I had that problem a lot for some reason?? Anyway, I thought this dress had sold out online, but I guess it restocked and lucky for me in my first choice of color! (I think it actually restocked in all the colors but sold out in blue quickly.) I really liked all of the colors tbh but I liked that the pink one was a little more muted? I faintly remembered seeing it in person and knew that the color wasn't as washed out as the stock photos made it seem, although I knew it certainly wasn't extremely loud either.

^^ most ideal fit with me pinching the extra fabric (on the left) but actually there's a couple inches of extra room (on the right) ^^

Floral chiffon sukapan in pink (151-5003-0)
Claire's dayre post, I knew I wouldn't be too disappointed. I didn't purchase it earlier because pink was sold out by the time I thought about it. I was surprised to see it restocked, so I just grabbed it. Kind of unreasonable since I told myself no more sukapans because of the length but this one seems really darling and classic Liz Lisa.

I'm a little mixed about this order overall, but I'm really happy I got the sunflower set to try and coordinate it as separates! I love a "challenge" like that. (It was a challenge to me at least since I really don't own any white bottoms to match as well as I'd like with the top, idk if it's actually a challenge for anyone else lol.) And I do really like the print - it makes me so happy to look at it! I would be more pleased if the sailor check OP fit a little better but that can't be helped. I haven't purchased a lot of other clothes worn by that stock photo model but now I know how the fit on her compares to the fit on me lol. That's just part of ordering online!
I also quickly shot a short coordinate video to update my YouTube channel featuring the sunflower top and bottom! There's a sunflower top coordinate that I decided not to do for the photo portion of this post, so it's not a complete redundancy if you want to watch it lol. And actually I shot the video first before I shot the photos so I didn't even come up with the photo coordinates until later wtf haha.
As a small reminder (and I'm sure those of you who actually read my posts are tired of reading these blurbs, but I am constantly getting blamed for not warning people of this, so here I go again) - I am extremely uncomfortable with my personal photos being used for the profit of others especially without a simple source link. In general, I would prefer for my photos not to be reposted without my permission at all, but if you feel the extreme need to do so, I simply ask that you just include a simple link back to my original post. Regardless of whether I watermark every single photo, I do still own the copyright to these pictures and you finding them on Google Image does not mean I do not own them anymore?? (There has been some confusion on that front apparently. And to be clear, Google does even warn you when you click on a photo that the image may be subject to copyright, and Google does not sever the photos from their original pages, so it's easy to find their source if you choose.) I do not blog and post these photos so that others can sell their products that are not associated with me in the slightest. And the response I get when I just ask for my photos to be sourced really discourages me from sharing and continuing to blog. I mean this in the least aggressive way possible, but I'm not just going to throw 80 smiley emojis in this to "soften the tone" because I am serious, and I honestly feel like you should be able to read a paragraph like this without emoticons and not be offended by its message.
